Our 30-day promise
- Unused refill — return it within 30 days for a refund, subject to our returns conditions.
- Something arrived damaged — send us clear photos and we will review a replacement or another fair solution.
- They need help using it — we help with wick placement, bowl setup, refreshing the wax disc and general candle care.
Used wax and wicks cannot normally be returned as new. Your statutory rights are not affected.
How is it packed?
Every piece is wrapped by hand. Gift orders travel in a kraft box with ribbon and tissue, inside a plain outer box, with no prices inside.
Can I send it straight to them?
Yes — ship it to them or to you. You choose the address at checkout.
When will it arrive?
Most orders leave us the next business day — sometimes within two, because everything is handmade in small batches. UK: Royal Mail 48, or Royal Mail 24 if you choose the faster option at checkout. EU and US: FedEx Connect Plus, 2–5 business days.
What if the scent isn’t right for them?
Unused pouches come back within 30 days under the 30-day Emilie promise. Started it and something’s off? We help — care advice, a replacement or store credit.
Will the bowl fit a different candle later?
Any Emilie pearled candle fits any Emilie bowl. The bowl stays — only the candle is ever refilled.
