Where suitable, we provide the agreed scope, pricing, preparation estimate, payment terms and any limitations in writing.
Work starts only after the order, payment requirements and final details have been confirmed.
What can be tailored
Availability depends on quantity, timeframe, materials and the level of customisation. We will confirm what is practical before any order is agreed.
Choose from available scented white or fragrance-free colour options. Bespoke colour development may be possible for selected projects, subject to testing, minimum quantities and lead time.
Existing vessel styles may be available for larger projects. New shapes, colours or mould development require separate review and significantly more preparation time.
We can recommend wick quantities and placement for approved vessel setups. Final use must follow the supplied candle-safety guidance.
Gift notes, grouped sets or selected presentation changes may be possible. Fully bespoke packaging depends on quantity, budget and supplier lead times.
Selected branded elements may be possible for suitable projects. We do not apply third-party branding or logos without written approval and final artwork.
Shipping method and cost depend on quantity, weight, destination and delivery deadline. Large or fragile orders may require multiple parcels or a specialist arrangement.
