Is everything included?
Yes. Your First Candle Set includes 1kg pearled candle wax, 50 high-quality cotton wicks, a handmade white Emilie vessel and a white mini wick dish.
What is the difference between Fragrance-Free and Soft Vanilla & Honey?
Fragrance-Free White has no added fragrance. Soft Vanilla & Honey White is gently scented for a warm, cosy home fragrance.
Can I reuse the wax?
Yes. Once the wax has cooled, remove or crush the wax disc back into the pearls, refresh the surface and add a new wick.
Can I use another container?
Yes. Use a suitable heat-safe container with enough width and stability. The Emilie vessel is included so you can start straight away.
How long does 1kg last?
Up to 200 hours depending on how many wicks you use, the size of your container and how long you burn each candle.
What if the wick looks too tall?
Extinguish the candle, let it cool, then trim the wick slightly before relighting. For the best burn, leave around 5–8mm of wick above the pearls.
Are refills available?
Yes. Regular refills with 50 wicks are £39.99, or £19.99 with Emilie Club.
What if I don’t like it?
You’re covered by our 30-Day First Candle Promise. Unused sets can be returned for a refund. If you’ve tried it and something isn’t right, we’ll help with care advice, a replacement or store credit.
