A sculptural lidded object with a beautifully restrained silhouette, created for candle styling, storage and considered interiors. Luna is individually handmade and finished with a finely textured matte surface, where subtle pores, natural grain and small variations give the otherwise minimal form a quiet sense of depth and permanence. Each piece is poured, refined and finished by hand, so subtle variation is part of its individual character.

Our handmade pieces are designed to complement Emilie Pearled Candle, but their purpose does not have to end there.

Refill them with pearled wax, display them as part of your home, or reuse them for suitable decorative storage. A vessel can become a decorative bowl or organiser, while a tray or dish can hold jewellery, keys, candle tools and other small everyday pieces.

Can I use my handmade piece for something other than a candle?

Yes. Although many pieces are created with Emilie Pearled Candle in mind, they can also remain part of your home when they are not being used for candlelight.

Depending on the shape, you might use yours as a decorative bowl, jewellery dish, key tray, candle-tool holder or organiser for small everyday objects.

Use it only for suitable dry, decorative purposes. Our handmade pieces are not intended for food, drink or prolonged contact with water unless the individual product page clearly states otherwise.

Will my piece look exactly like the photographs?

The photographs show the intended shape, colour and finish, but every piece is poured, demoulded, refined and finished individually.

Subtle differences in tone, pattern, texture and dimensions can occur. Tiny pinholes, gentle surface movement and small handmade markings may also be visible.

These natural variations are part of the making process and mean your finished piece will have its own individual character.

How do I use it with Emilie Pearled Candle?

Fill a suitable Emilie candle vessel with pearled wax, insert the recommended number of free-standing cotton wicks and follow the instructions supplied with your wax.

The number and placement of wicks will depend on the internal width and shape of the vessel. Keep every flame safely away from the sides, base, other wicks and any decoration.

Always place the candle on a stable heat-safe surface, keep it away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

How should I clean and care for it?

Allow the piece and any candle wax to cool fully before handling or cleaning it.

Wipe the surface gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it afterwards. Do not soak it, place it in a dishwasher or use abrasive cleaners, solvents or harsh household products.

Handmade mineral pieces can chip if dropped or knocked against a hard surface, so protect the edges and handle your piece with care.
